Level 3 - Advanced Pattern Making & Couture Sewing

This advanced-level course is designed for students with a strong foundation in both pattern making and garment construction who are ready to refine their technical skills and tackle more challenging garment projects. Students will explore complex pattern transformations, advanced design development techniques, and professional construction methods while creating garments that require a high level of precision and craftsmanship.

The course focuses on advanced pattern manipulation and garment development for cocktail dresses, corsets, and bridesmaid dresses, with an emphasis on achieving exceptional fit, design accuracy, and quality construction.

Prerequisites

Students must meet all of the following requirements:

• Successful completion of Complete Pattern Making Course – Level 2, or equivalent experience

• Strong sewing skills and confidence in garment construction

• Ability to work independently with basic block patterns and pattern transformations

Materials Required
